JAKARTA, Oct 1 Asia Pulse - The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) had predicted that about 7.5 million foreign tourists would visit Indonesia in 2007, Culture and Tourism Minister Jero Wacik said here.
"PATA has predicted that Indonesia will be visited by 7.5 million foreign tourists in 2007," the minister said in his written address to a tourism meeting here over the weekend.
The PATA prediction is higher than the government's own target of six million arrivals during the year.
