FOOD FAIR OF TAIWAN AGRICULTURE PRODUCTS HELD IN HONG KONG.
HONG KONG, Oct 1 Asia Pulse - A food fair of Taiwanese agricultural products organized by the Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) was launched Friday at the Wing On Department Store in Hong Kong, with 56 products shown for the first time in the special administrative region of China.
The TWTC organized the food fair with authorization from the Cabinet-level Council of Agriculture, said Liu Shi-wei, director-general of the Taipei Trade Center Hong Kong.
Liu said the 56 items of marine and farm products were selected from among thousands of items submitted by 343 farmers' associations and fishermen's associations around Taiwan.
