'Rested' EBIC revived with new look for 2008

The European Business Information Conference is to rise from the ashes next year with a new format in a suitably reborn city, Berlin.
Darron Chapman, director of recruitment company TFPL, which organises EBIC, said the event had been "resting".
A new co-operative format aims to attract those responsible for information issues in HR, IT, corporate communications and marketing as well as information professionals.
