SOUTH KOREA'S AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVE TO LAUNCH NEW FOOD FIRM
SEOUL - South Korea's agricultural cooperative said Friday that it will establish an in-house food company that could help boost sales of locally grown agricultural products as the country opens up to cheaper imports.
The company tentatively called NH Foods (NHF), is to be launched in January 2008, and will market a universal brand of high quality products, according to the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation.
