Hand Hygiene Education and Training Can Prevent Foodborne Illness

ST. PAUL, Minn. -- In celebration of the 13th annual National Food Safety Education Month([R]), Ecolab Inc. is providing its customers with information and educational materials from its Clean Hands[TM] Program. The program was designed to raise awareness about the importance of hand washing to reduce the spread of infection and to encourage workers in foodservice, hospitality and healthcare industries to make hand washing a natural part of their daily routine.
