BuscaPe Local lists stores and service providers on a map, adding another differential to the search
SAO PAULO, Brazil, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- BuscaPe http://www.buscape.com.br/), the largest site for price comparison in Latin America, announces the launch of BuscaPe Local, a service for locating stores and service providers offline that are listed in searches. The process is simple: when the user enters a search, whether for a product or service, the results, arranged by price, are also displayed on a map of Brazil, altogether and indicated by region. One can also filter searches by city, and even have the closest stores displayed in relation to specific addresses.
"We are adding yet another differential to BuscaPe's services. In addition to helping internauts, this is also a benefit for small and medium- sized businesses all over Brazil because it enhances their visibility," says Romero Rodrigues, CEO of BuscaPe. For Rodrigues, the service does not slow down online purchasing, but expedites and facilitates searching for offline purchases, which are still made in large numbers by internauts.
Access to the new platform is provided on the actual results page, through the "See it on the map" link. The service is available both in the satellite version and street map, which provides locations. On the same page it is also possible to display the address and phone number for each store.
