Sep. 6--CRESTVIEW -- As construction projects are completed to accommodate class size regulations, many Okaloosa County schools are feeling the pinch.
There are 144 portable classrooms throughout the school district.
"If it weren't for the class size amendment we wouldn't have those portables in there," said Bill Smith, the school district's facilities planner.
Some schools are feeling the strain more than others.
