Burnt Store holds auditions for 'Diary of Anne Frank'.

The casting call includes the title role, four other female roles and eight male roles. The play calls for adults and teenagers.

BSPC is presenting Wendy Kesselman's adaptation of the play that was performed on Broadway in 1997. It will be directed by Al Wagner of Cape Coral, a director of more than 100 shows in venues ranging from professional theaters to church and community productions.

Rehearsals are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights -- and some Fridays -- from Sept. 17 to Oct. 24. Performances are scheduled at 7 p.m. Oct. 25-27.

The church also is calling for behind-the-scenes personnel for set construction, lighting, props, costuming and publicity. All interested in participating, as well as ushers and box office volunteers, are asked to sign up and meet the …
