NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings has affirmed the commercial mortgage-backed securities servicer rating of National Cooperative Bank. Fitch gives NCB a "CPS1-" primary servicer rating and "CMS2-" master servicer rating. Fitch also affirmed the company's special servicer rating of "CSS3."
