I've committed myself to writing a CALI* exercise; now what?
I'm not the most systematic person in the world, and I've been known to jump into a project with both feet when I'm excited, not thinking things through as thoroughly, perhaps, as I should. Don't get me wrong; I'm a very organized person, but I often think of a number of different ways to do something. Inevitably I find myself all over the map before deciding on a path. Sometimes the path I start with works best; other times I find myself starting over again and again, keeping a list (mental or otherwise) of ways to avoid pitfalls I've already encountered.
