Guess What?

Ah, the Eventia summer conference, where the event sector gets to learn, liaise and lounge. And re-enact scenes from 1980s chick flicks, of course. Fans of Dirty Dancing will have loved our industry's very own Baby and Johnny (see right) ... Meanwhile, prompted, no doubt, by the relaxed, networking of the three-day shebang, delegates partied hard, but can you name the hotelier who went skinny-dipping in the pond at Windsor's Beaumont House? At least he made it to bed in his soggy pants, rather than sleeping in the stairwells like some we could mention ... Elsewhere this month, it's been sad to see tennis hooliganism on the rise.
