BABCOCK & BROWN CAPITAL ACQUIRES ISRAELI GOLDEN PAGES.
SYDNEY, Aug 1 Asia Pulse - Babcock & Brown Capital Ltd (ASX:BCM) has acquired the Israeli Golden Pages from Markstone Capital Partners and other Israeli institutional shareholders.
BCM said the Golden Pages had an outstanding portfolio of complementary directory and search businesses including a restaurant directory business, a comparative shopping site, and ProGroup, Israel's premier student portal.
BCM executive director Robert Topfer said the acquisition represented the continuation of BCM's focus on telecommunications and media.
