NCA hires new vice president.(NEWS)

Vienna, Va.-based The National Confectioners Association (NCA) has hired Cassie Folk as the association's new vice president of federal government affairs. Folk will be responsible for the government affairs communication efforts both on Capitol Hill and with NCA membership. She will coordinate NCA's lobbying efforts on the federal level and engage its membership to pursue an active relationship with their elected officials through grassroots outreach and member visits on Capitol Hill. Additionally, Folk will run NCA's Political Action Committee.
