SHMUEL ARVATZ, CFO, CLICKSOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES, LTD.: Good morning, good afternoon. Thank you for joining us today. I'm Shmuel Arvatz, ClickSoftware's CFO, and I will be presenting ClickSoftware to you. Of course this presentation is provided under the Safe Harbor rules.
We will cover today the following topics. The overview of the Company, customers and leadership position, the need in the market and our solutions, ROI, our partners, and some financial data.
Let me start with a quick overview about who we are and what we are doing. We are in the business of mobile workforce management and service optimization. Specifically, we provide software solutions that maximize the workforce productivity while minimizing operating costs. Of course, the byproduct is more customer satisfaction of our customers.
We are a global company. Our headquarter is located in Israel with additional offices in North America, Europe, Australia, Japan, and more. We employ currently 200 employees throughout our offices worldwide.
We are very proud of our customer base. We have more than 100 customers across many industries and geographics. Want to name Deutsche Telecom, Telstra; we will elaborate on this later. Most of the customers are blue chip, Fortune 500.
In 2006 we achieved record revenue, $32.4 million, up 35% compared to last year. We also reported record net income, strong booking, and positive cash flow.
I want to move and to discuss with you our leadership position. Gartner we got the best endorsement from Gartner recently, with the Gartner's Magic Quadrant for field service management. As you can see, other companies that were mentioned in the report include Oracle, SAP, @Road, ServicePower, and others. Gartner gave us the highest score for completeness of vision, and only second to Oracle in the ability to execute.
This is a significant improvement compared to last year, and it gives us an excellent referral -- reference for prospect in the market. The full report is available on our website.
This is some of our customers. We optimized some of the world's largest service providers in a variety of industries. In the telecom, for example, we have Deutsche Telecom with about 26,000 technicians scheduled through our system day in, day out. Telstra in Australia is the second-largest; UPC; Vodafone; and many, many other telcos.
Utilities and energy is the fastest-growing segment in our business. We have very large players. Actually in the West Coast in the US we have most of the players -- …
