I first approached this review with some skepticism. As a reference librarian who specializes in corporate and securities research, I have come across many publications that promise to pack a punch in their content and delivery but only fizzle into a jumble of legal jargon upon delivery. That is not the case with Corporate Whistleblowing in the Sarbanes-Oxley Era. This is a title that really needs to be on the shelf of every legal and business library.
