NEW YORK -- GlaxoSmithKline and salesforce.com are presented awards for excellence in their corporate philanthropy initiatives today on National Corporate Philanthropy Day. In addition, the National Academy Foundation is recognized for its exceptional corporate/nonprofit partnerships.
According to the most recent data available, GlaxoSmithKline dedicated more than $650 million in 2005 to their philanthropy initiatives (17% cash donations, 83% product and services).
