SET INDEX TIPPED TO BREAK 1,000 POINTS IN MID 2008.
BANGKOK, July 2 Asia Pulse - The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) composite index may sail past the 900 point level within the year and rise above the 1,000-point level in mid-2008, if the country's general election is held as planned and a democratic government is formed, said the chairman of the Federation of Thai Capital Market Organisations.
