JAKARTA, July 2 Asia Pulse - The winners of a tender to revitalize Asean Aceh Fertilizer (AAF) have been confused by the government offering the factory, which has stopped operation since 2003, to another investor.

Industry Minister Fahmi Idris said last week Australia's Incitec Pivot Ltd(ASX:IPL), which plans to build a coal gasification factory in the country, will likely buy AAF, which was established as a joint venture by ASEAN founding members to produce urea fertilizer in Aceh.
