MAUI, HAWAII -- Etanercept might be the clear market leader among the biologic therapies for psoriasis, but infliximab rules the roost in terms of efficacy, according to Dr. Craig L. Leonardi.

"Infliximab gets the highest steady state concentration in the body of all the biologics. Frankly, this one gets the job done when all the others have fallen short," he said at the annual Hawaii Dermatology Seminar sponsored by Skin Disease Education Foundation.
