"Hill's inclusion in the Russell Microcap Index is an important corporate milestone and a reflection of our successful growth and development as a public company," said Irvin E. Richter, Hill's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "We expect that being part of the Russell Microcap Index will elevate Hill's visibility among investors and funds that utilize the Russell Indexes in making their investment decisions."

Russell determines membership for its equity indexes primarily by objective, market-capitalization rankings and style attributes.
