Wisconsin MTA held three statewide competitions in May: the Badger Keyboard and Badger Non-Keyboard competitions and the Badger Collegiate Performance Competition. The annual WMTA Leadership Summit will be held June 8, 2007, with keynote speaker Deborah Spring Laurel addressing "Rafting the Burnout Rapids." The meeting, at WMTA's central office in Waunakee, Wisconsin, will include breakout discussion sessions.
The Illinois State MTA 2007 conference and competitions are scheduled for October 26-27, at Western Illinois University, Macomb.
