The BBC News reported that protests against President Bush in Brazil on March 8 and 9 were divided between those who view President Bush as leading an imperial American government and those who are angry with Bush for his agreement with Brazilian President Ignacio Lula de Silva to encourage higher production of bio-fuels. Brazil already leads the world in ethanol production.
