SANTA ANA, CA -- Data Tree, the nation's largest provider of recorded land documents and a subsidiary of The First American Corporation, has released a new involuntary lien search feature on its DocEdge.com product that allows users to expand a transaction history search to include involuntary liens in addition to deeds, mortgages, assignments, transfers and foreclosures.
The involuntary lien search capability allows subscribers to view a list of lien data and recorded document images against the property and its owner. This includes documents related to federal and state tax liens, judgment liens, mechanic's liens, foreclosures and child support liens. DocEdge.com's advanced search capabilities also allow users to refine or expand results with adjustable search parameters and phonetic name searching.

Ultimately, our goal is to provide our clients with a comprehensive solution to enhance their productivity. With the addition of involuntary liens, clients are able to use our convenient, searchable database to find every type of document they need, all in one place," said Robert Karraa, chief operating officer for Data Tree.
