UBS Approves DocuTech Corp. As a Provider.(UBS Financial Services Inc.)(Brief article)
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- DocuTech Corp., a provider of compliance services and documentation technology, has been approved by global financial services firm UBS to make loan closing documents available to its correspondents.
UBS Conduit Correspondent Lending will use DocuTech's ConformX, a Web-based software application that simplifies the process of preparing and printing initial disclosures and closing documents.
"UBS Correspondent Lending is committed to providing top-tier mortgage bankers with easy-to-use processes and excellent service," said Geoff Bartakovics, director of business strategy for the UBS unit, in a news release. "DocuTech's services help us fulfill this commitment by providing an easy and efficient way to deliver initial and closing documents to our correspondents."
ConformX's Web-based functionality enables secure delivery of print, e-mail and Web-posting options from the Internet, the company said.
