Source Technology Assessment Group, working with the California Energy Commission's Public Interest Energy Research (PIER) Program released the first of a series of technical briefs for projects in the "buildings end-use energy efficiency" area. E-Source wants to make these research efforts widely available (not just in California) so that designers, energy managers, facility managers, and other interested parties can reap the potential benefits.
