Jun. 10--Andy Rangel was in the building when it was owned by EFTC, a Greeley electronics company.
EFTC has long since left Greeley, but Rangel, a Greeley native, is back in the building that is now part of StarTek, a company started in Greeley in 1987, and that has grown considerably as it celebrates its 20th anniversary this month.
