Jun. 10--KREBS -- Brewing and the science of beer is serious business for Michael Lalli.

But through all the measuring, mashing, fermenting and bottling, he never loses sight of the result -- the taste.

"Interacting with people is fun, and it's fun to see people enjoy something you've made," said Lalli, brewer for Krebs Brewing Co. "But the beer business is a tough business because people have preconceived notions about what beer should be."
