A few months ago, I was in Vera Wang's office when the conversation turned to jeans. My complaint? Being five feet nine and a half inches, I can't find jeans that cover my shoes, especially heels. Hearing my plight, one of Vera's publicists leaned close and in the hushed tones New York girls reserve for their most precious fashion secrets said, "Call Hudson Jeans in L.A."
