Classic high-pressure sales tactics, including lines like "the large number of transactions forces us to make this your only notice of our service" are prominently featured. What they don't tell you is that you probably already have a copy of your deed from your closing. Unless you've taken out a new loan using your home as collateral, there's no need for another copy.
