May 3--PANAMA CITY BEACH -- From Spinnaker Beach Club to the fields of Frank Brown Park, hundreds of vendors and event organizers on Wednesday worked in a quiet frenzy preparing for an influx of bikers for the Thunder Beach Spring Rally. It begins in earnest today. "We've promoted this as the Southeast's most friendly and free rally," said Rap Peavy, vice president of Thunder Beach Productions Inc. "Our goal is for the bikers to come in, have plenty to do and have a good time." Running through Sunday, Thunder Beach is expected to generate heavy cycle traffic throughout the beaches area...
