TEHRAN, May 1 Asia Pulse - Iran and Dubai on Sunday agreed to cooperate in linking electricity networks through underwater cables.
Managing Director of Iran's Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution Company Tavanir Mohammad-Ali Vahdati and Managing Director of the Dubai Water and Electricity Authority Saeed Al-Tayer signed a memorandum of understanding to expand cooperation in the field.
The MoU, which will be implemented in about one year, envisages study on transferring electricity with a voltage of 400 kilovolt.
