DIFFERENT_ _STROKES_ I wouldn't have expected to change the way that I dress as radically as I have, but I had to! Usually I like to wear basic things and accessorize them in crazy ways. But being pregnant, I'm going for more dramatic pieces and more volume and Empire waists, which I never wore. (An editor friend of mine told me this was the secret to maternity dressing.) Also, I really want the tops I wear to be fitted so that they show off my belly. _GREAT EXPECTATIONS_ By the fifth month, I'd already completely abandoned the things that I wear when I'm not pregnant. It's not just that they don't fit. They don't look right. Now I am wearing a lot of Lanvin dresses by Alber Elbaz, who designed some that are so voluminous you could probably hide two pregnant women under them. They come with a belt that's meant to be worn around the waist, but I tie it under my bump. It doesn't feel right to wear it under my chest, though I've tried that, too. I've tried everything! _A LITTLE HELP_ _FROM HER FRIENDS_ During the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund competition last year, I told the Rag & Bone designers, David and Marcus, that they should do a baggy jean. They did and called it the Devi.
