Comtech Group, Inc. Announces Pricing of Common Stock Offering.
SHENZHEN, China, April 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Comtech Group, Inc. , a provider of customized module design solutions for the electronics sector in China, today announced that it has priced a public offering of 5,500,000 shares of its common stock, at $17.50 per share, raising gross proceeds of approximately $73.3 million. Of these shares, Comtech is offering 4,400,000 shares and the selling stockholders are offering 1,100,000 shares. Comtech will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
