Miller has history of winning at Stadium: 59th year of racing at Bowman Gray begins with qualifying tonight.

Apr. 27--After breaking an all-time record for victories at Bowman Gray Stadium, car No. 69 won't win a race in the stadium's featured Modified Division this season.

That's because Junior Miller won't be driving it. He'll be in the No. 53 owned by Melvin "Puddin'" Swisher when the stadium's 59th season of stock-car racing cranks up later today with qualifying for Saturday night's season-opening Tucson 200.

Miller, whose five wins last year moved his record total to 67, had his car maintained by Swisher's Kernersville crew last year. This time around, Miller has decided to just drive Swisher's car.
