Hospital plans $19 million neonatal unit.

Apr. 23--DAYTON -- Miami Valley Hospital announced a $19 million renovation and expansion of its neonatal intensive care unit Monday.
Construction of the 51,000-square-foot project will begin early next month and will be completed in the spring of 2009.
