Apr. 2--BY JOE GERAGHTY BRISTOL HERALD COURIER BRISTOL, Tenn. -- Two proposed housing developments that led to almost four hours of discussion and heated debate last month will come before the City Council for the first time on Tuesday. The city's planning commission approved a project to put 60 homes on 13 acres off of old Jonesboro Road and also voted in favor of a proposed 100-unit condo development on the shores of Boone Lake during its March meeting.
