NEW DELHI, April 2 Asia Pulse - The Airports Authority of India (AAI) on Friday set a target for reducing air proximity and bird-hit incidents and slashing cargo clearance time by putting in place sophisticated technologies in the coming financial year.
The state-owned airports body also set a target to achieve a gross margin of Rs 18.50 billion (US$425 million) in 2007-08 as against Rs 14 billion in 2006-07.
It also identified 12 high priority projects to be completed during the coming financial year.
In a MoU with the Civil Aviation Ministry listing targets to be achieved by it on key performance areas, the AAI also decided to achieve 77 per cent Customer Satisfaction and ...
