WASHINGTON H SOUL PATTINSON MAY SELL TV SUBSIDIARY.
SYDNEY, April 2 Asia Pulse - Washington H Soul Pattinson (ASX:SOL) may sell its regional television subsidiary NBN TV after the company said it had been in unofficial talks with parties about potential deals.
Chairman of Washington H Soul Pattinson and Company Ltd (WHSP), Robert Millner, told Sky News free to air television had been flat and would remain that way for the future.
"I don't think we are going to see the same growth as before," he said.
When asked if the NBN TV was on the market, he said: "Everything is for sale at the right price ... we will look at offers".
Regarding a sale, he said: "We have been in discussions with a few people".
