Vienna/Helfenberg, March 31 (CTK) - The Czech-Austrian festival called "Devourers of Borders" marking the 30-year anniversary of the Charter 77 Czech human rights manifesto started by a panel debate on hot bilateral topics in the Upper Austrian town of Helfenberg near the Czech border today, its organisers have told CTK. The festival programme will offer a series of events until September. It will not only present the art of Charter 77 signatories, but also openly discuss Czech-Austrian relations, including controversial topics, such as the Temelin nuclear power plant in south Bohemia, criticised by Austrian activists.
