Slough Estates says pre-let 72,500 sq ft office space at Winnersh Triangle.

LONDON (AFX) - Property company Slough Estates PLC said it pre-let 72,500 square foot of office space at Winnersh Triangle to Harris Systems on a 15 year lease with an option of taking a further 17,500 square foot of research and development space.
The company said the office space will be completed in 2009.
Slough Estates also announced plans to transform the 80-acre Winnersh site into a state of the art business park, increasing available floor space by about 50 pct.
