When Tim Groshens joined the Minnesota State Bar Association in 1978, he was one of a dozen or so staffers working there. A student of William Mitchell College of Law, Groshens was brought on part time to help the MSBA revamp its outmoded and cumbersome attorney referral service.
Nearly three decades later, Groshens is still with the MSBA, having spent the last 22 of those years as executive director. The MSBA staff over time has tripled in size and is now responsible for a wide array of products and services.
