BRISTOL HERALD COURIER

Not much has changed atop Big 9 Conference baseball.

Dobyns-Bennett and Science Hill are still the favorites for another postseason romp, but the competitiveness doesn't stop despite the conference's two dominant teams.

Daniel Boone returns perhaps the league's best player in Dylan Pratt, while Sullivan East and Tennessee High will to improve upon last year's final standings.

The Vikings limped to a 15-20 record in 2006. In 2007, the focus will be to improve defensively up the middle and on the mound.
