in SHORT VLADIMIR FRUNI, the former owner of the bankrupt pyramid schemes BMG Invest and Horizont Slovakia, has accused Jan Earnogursky, Vladimir Palko, Daniel LipSic and Ivan Simko of the Christian-Democratic Movement (KDH) of being a Mafia.

"[The KDH] is a Mafia group," he said at a hearing at the Special Court on March 13.

He was testifying in the case of the stripping of the pyramid schemes assets for which Jozef M.

have been accused.
