Mar. 15--Seaside Park officials vowed Wednesday night to continue their fight to break free of the Central Regional School District in Berkeley, which has educated this town's seventh-through-12th graders for the past 52 years.
The three dozen residents in the audience applauded after the Borough Council unanimously approved a resolution authorizing dissolution lawyer Vito A. Gagliardi, at a cost not to exceed $60,000, to begin legal action to seek tax relief for Seaside Park.
The borough already has paid Gagliardi $110,000 to guide the town in its effort to dismantle the regional school district.
