When Vogue's senior editors returned from their annual trip to Paris to preview the spring collections, they were seeing spots (and it wasn't from their seven-hour Air France flight). The DKNY leopard-print Habotai dress turned up-in myriad incarnations-on not one or two but seven members of the Vogue staff! At the morning's meeting, Fashion News/Features Director Sally Singer delivered February's fashion directives in the dress, tripped out with Lanvin suede knee-high boots, while Managing Editor Laurie Jones kept Vogue editors en pointe in sky-high patent leather stilettos and an armful of bangles. Later that evening, Senior Accessories Editor Filipa Fino camouflaged the now-ubiquitous frock under a black mink bolero at the launch of the In Vogue book at the Met's Petrie Court. ...
