MONTGOMERY, Ala., March 7 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A diverse coalition of Alabama faith leaders joined public officials and health advocates today to announce the formation of the Alabama Faith United Against Tobacco coalition (AFUAT), a group dedicated to enacting policies to reduce tobacco use and protect everyone in Alabama from exposure to secondhand smoke. The event featured the introduction of legislation to make all Alabama workplaces, including restaurants and bars, smoke-free by bill sponsor State Senator Vivian Davis Figures.
