German cable networks Ish and Iesy, both part of the Unity Media Group, have launched a series of spring promotions. For EUR 1 a month with the 'Spar International' (Save International) option, customers can make flat-rate phone calls to almost all overseas destinations, saving up to 85 percent on standard overseas call tariffs.
