Paper packaging industry.(and credit management)
Do credit mangers tend to perform tasks that are unique or common to a particular industry? In order to attempt to answer this question, I conducted an analysis of one of the NACM industry groups whose membership is in the paper packaging industry.
The National Paper Packaging Industry group meets quarterly in various locations across the United States. Kristine Hamick, senior group administrator from NACM Midwest, coordinates the group activities for member credit managers. A key focus for this NACM industry credit group, as with all others, is to exchange factual historical information among members who tend to share a common industry customer base.
