An unidentified woman stopped a crime spree in Columbia, South Carolina, on January 13, by taking a gun out of her car's glove compartment and opening fire on Harold Jeffcoat, a man who was attempting to steal the car.

The woman and a male companion had just left a local Wal-Mart when Jeffcoat approached and said, "Man, you know what time it is? Give me the keys," reported wistv.com. Jeffcoat pulled a gun and pushed it into the man's stomach.
