Eight Chartered Insurance Institute members have been recruited to work with The Prince's Trust charity to act as mentors for disadvantaged young people.
The aim is to encourage and assist young people to plan and take steps towards achieving a goal, moving towards employment, training or education opportunities.
Last year the CII wrote to its members based in the East Midlands area to enlist volunteers to act as mentors for young people currently involved in or soon to be involved in a Prince's Trust programme.
